I am back to posting workouts and weekly plans!  This past week, over Christmas, I did a variety of activities. I tried to make sure I was active for at least 20 min. each day, far less than my normal hour or so.    Between 4 Chirstmas celebrations, traveling between 3 states and not being home, or close to a gym – I think I did pretty well!

On Christmas day, my brother and I worked out in my grandpa (papa’s) garage!  We did one minute circuits for about 40 min.  It was a great workout. My heart rate even got to 167, pretty high for a garage workout.  Here is what we did.  Repeated 4 times.

  • push ups
  • squat jumps
  • mountain climbers
  • lunges
  • jump rope
  • push ups
  • step ups
  • tricep dips (on the steps)
  • jump rope
  • pop squats
