Flashback: V-day brunch!

After a fun Friday night, recap later today, we slept in a little bit and decided on a special brunch!  I wanted pancakes and Brady didn’t care so that’s what it was!  He didn’t know how much fiber he was going to get. 

Oat Bran Oatmeal Pancakes

3/4 c. oatbran 3/4 c. oatmeal 2 egg whites 1/3 c. soy milk 1/4 c. whole wheat flour 1 tsp. vanilla

Cook the mix in a heart shaped cookie cutter!

A Christmas Dehydrator!

For Christmas this year, I got Brady (actually I got it for both of us) a dehydrator!  He wanted one to make beef jerky and I wanted one to make dried fruit and other treats like Gina!

To start, we made dried apples, oranges, kiwis, and bananas.  Brady also tried putting in some fillet, but we cooked it too long!  Then we made fruit roll up with 1 bag of berry medley from TJ’s.  Here is the overview…
