I had a great and healthy start to my day. I decided to try making oatmeal with egg whites, like many people have been lately! At first I was not sure that I liked it. The flavor was different and the texture was too. I kept thinking it should be sweet, but as I ate it more, I really enjoyed it!
I mixed:
- 1/2 oats
- water
- 2 egg whites
- 1/2 laughing cow light
- salt

Tonight, after 45 min. on the elliptical while reading Good in Bed, I was in the mood to cook an easy summery dinner. Brady had b-ball after work , so I knew I could wait until 8pm to eat or eat on my own. I decided to eat on my own because I knew I would snack for 3 hours, from 5-8, if I didn’t just eat dinner.
