Congrats to Dr. EB!
We are so proud of you!
To celebrate, everyone came to my parents house on Sunday afternoon after EB’s graduation and our race.
The champagne glasses were set out and waited to be filled.
The post it notes were placed in their appropriate spots to mark the delicious food that would fill them.

Birthday parties are so much fun! Good food, good friends and good cake. Luckily, we had all of those things on Saturday when we had a little get-together for Anna’s 2nd birthday.
When deciding if I would have a theme or not, I went back and forth. I figured she would want an Elmo party since her love for Elmo is intense, but she didn’t. I threw out a few other ideas: flowers, turtles, etc. but nothing sounded good to

Anna’s birthday party last night was so much fun! With 11 little girls and 2 little boys, it was quite the celebration! I will do a whole post on the party but until then here is a great recipe for you to make this week!

Last night’s dinner party was a great time! There were lots of laughs, a great appetizer and salad, some delicious dessert and some overcooked Mexican food (made by me).
Adam + Kara’s Appetizer: Refried Bean Dip. I get the recipe from Adam – it was a great starter.
Melissa’s Salad with tons of crunch and fall flavor.
My overcooked healthy enchiladas that should have been better than they were.
Slow cooker garlic-jalepeno black beans with brown rice.

My alarm went off at 4:45 and I quickly changed and ran to the coffeemaker. After being properly fueled, I headed to teach NoLimits Cardio. A short hour later, I was on my way home so Brady could go to work. He left and Anna and I had our usual oatmeal date.
After we both changed clothes, we were off. I dropped Anna at my parent’s house to play with MImi while I went to teach Total Conditioning. Another quick
