Tuck Jumps – pull knees to chest when jumping
Squat Thrusts – like burpee without the jump
High Knees
Fast Feet Football Run – get low and move your feet as fast as you can
Jumping Jacks
Alternating Lunges
Squat Dumbbell Shoulder Press
