After a busy week unpacking and organizing our new house, I was in the mood to get fancy with my neighborhood block party appetizer. I decided to use what I had to make something wonderful.

It’s semi-homemade.

It’s healthy.

It’s colorful.

It’s versatile and doesn’t need measurements.

And most importantly, it tastes delicious.

The ingredient list is short and sweet.

Tabouli Dip

  • 1 container – about 1 1/2 cups (I get mine from Costco) of pre-made Tabouli. You could always make tabouli and use it if you wanted
  • 1/2 cup of Sabra hummus.
  • 1/3 cup of chopped kalamata olives
  • cucumbers and pita chips for serving
  1. Mix olives, hummus and tabouli together.
  2. Serve with cucumbers and pita chips

This dip has tons of flavor and would also make a great addition to a gyro or a tofu sandwich.

If you are looking for a tabouli recipe, mine uses quinoa instead of bulgur. Or you could check out Everyday Food mag or Food Network mag.
