The morning started with coffee, made by my mom. Her coffee is always better than mine. I think it is because I am not the one who makes it, but who knows!
Followed by blueberry banana mush.
Served on a Flat Out Multigrain wrap with some natural pb.
After breakfast I spent much of the morning holding my cousin’s 6 week old baby. Between staring at her and putting her to sleep, time flew! Then it was about time for lunch!
First in salad form, then moved to another Flat Out. This mixture was DELICIOUS and contained:
- lentil salad
- spring mix
- spinach
- hot mustard
- hummus
- avocado
- parm cheese
- tomato sauce
- sprouts
It was amazing!
After lunch my mom and I ran some errands and headed down to Columbus. We arrived in time for dinner which was inspired by MrsLC !
Healthy Hot Pockets made with veggies and phyllo dough! Recipe to come tomorrow!
Balsamic Glazed Salmon
Salad
Fresh, Ripe Melon
The messy hot pocket!
The evening wrapped up with a walk with my mom and some supercharge me cookies from Dreena!
So Good! Recipes tomorrow!
I am thinking I am going to need to take these with me on Friday when I leave for another fun weekend at the lake! This lake is in Michigan though, not my usual NY lake. Can’t wait!!
I’m diggin the breakfast flat out (althought – I don’t do bananas ) – THATS A FAB IDEA! Have fun at the lake! 🙂
The blueberry mush sounds great. Maybe because I have a “thing” for blueberries. Good eats!
There is a great deal more much than I have ever know you to publish before! 🙂
That banana blueberry mush looks surprisingly good!! 🙂
