My morning started with coffee at 4:45am before leaving at 5:20 for my morning NoLimits Cardio Class. It was a great class that left everyone sweaty and exhausted. Then I headed with Anna to teach another Bootcamp style class at 8:30am. It was a busy but fun morning! I love teaching classes!

I quickly showered so my mom, Laura and I could go to a fabric store on the West Side of Cleveland. I was looking for fabric for curtains for my living room, family room, kitchen, and also fabric for covering canvases. I knew I wasn’t going to buy fabric for everything buy I got a few samples so I could figure out what I want.

Since our house is all khaki, I need a little color and detail but I am not ready to commit yet. I did find some fabric for a bedroom canvas, though! I will show you the finished product when it’s done!

Here are a few curtain samples.

After Anna’s nap we played and got some more stuff out for Baby Massey. I think she wants another bassinet!

I fed Anna over at my mom and dad’s house while we played over there. My dad had been out of town all week and just got back in town. Brady was out of town all week as well and was not home yet, so we hung with them for a while.

At home, I tubbed Anna and Brady came home. He read her stories and put her to bed while I made a RAD. That would be Random A** Dinner.

This dinner was part leftovers – brown rice from the other night, a random cup of frozen broccoli, some lentils from lentil soup (I just didn’t use the broth, but I loved the flavorof the soup lentils) and 3 meatless meatballs from TJs frozen section.

I tossed some fresh roasted butternut squash on the mixture and a sprinkle of nutritional yeast.

Then I laid on the couch with Brady, caught up on tv and ate cookie dough.

Q for U

Do you have a good eye for decorating and choosing pieces like curtains to complete rooms?

I can say that I don’t really have that creative eye. I always pick neutral and safe colors, patterns and styles. I wish I did have more of a “sharp” eye for decorataing!
