Sometimes during this time of year, it’s hard to stay positive and keep focusing on your healthy winter goals.
Here are few tips from Dr. Gary Foster, Weight Watchers Doctor.
1. When you have a set-back, get back on track right away. Not tomorrow, next week, or next month.
2. Decide on realistic expectations – something you can do and succeed at. Don’t make a choice to not eat cookies or ice cream ever ever again – that is not something realistic, long term.
3. Set yourself up for success. Fill your fridge with healthy fruits and veggies and lean proteins.
4. Use support groups, friends and family to help you with your journey.
