Hotel workouts can be a great change up to your regular routine or they can be a total bummer if the equipment is old or tbt gym is full. For my hotel workout this weekend, I got a major sweat in, it kept boredom away and kicked my butt!
Elliptical ( because I never do it)
Free weight dumbbells
Cable system if possible, if not free weights work!
5 minutes – elliptical at level 10
Wts – chest + back
12 Chest press with dumbbells
12 push ups
12 reverse flys with dumbbells
Repeat
5 minutes – elliptical at level 10
Wts – glutes + back
12 heavy deadlifts
12 rows with dumbbells
Repeat
5 minutes elliptical at level 11
Wts – biceps + legs
12 lunges with dumbbell hammer curl
12 bicep curl
Repeat
5 minutes elliptical at level 11
Wts – squats + shoulders
12 squats with shoulder press with db
12 squats holding dumbbells
Repeat
5 minutes elliptical at level 10
Wts – triceps + shoulders
12 tricep kickbacks
12 front raise
Repeat
5 minutes on elliptical at level 6
