It’s the first week of December and before we know it, Christmas will be here. With holiday parties and get togethers, it’s a time of indulgence. For me, things have caught up. I feel puffy and my clothes feel a little tighter.
It’s time to get serious and get things on track before the next few weeks go down hill.

We can do it together. Get back on track this week. Get ready for feeling good for the holidays!
Here are the steps:
1. Whole food green smoothies for breakfast.
2. Do lots of activity.
3. Pick something you love to skip this week.
For me – nut butter. I’ve been way overdoing it on the dips into the jar 89 times a day.
4. Drink up. Tons of water.
At least 10 glasses of water a day. If you can, aim for a gallon.
And try to skip this for the week. At least during the week 🙂
5. Make dinner. Try to cook healthy whole foods this week and eat leftovers and salads for lunch.
