It all started with a Pinterest idea. A great idea in fact. Not one that has never been done before but one that sounded do-able and fun.
Potato Painting
It’s easy. Just cut a potato and let your little angel two year old dip the potato into the paint and stamp it on their paper.
Anna is a good listener and follows most directions well.
And then you run upstairs for a minute and it’s over.
There lies the little potato, covered in paint.
And then “Look Mommy, I painted myself.”
And of course the guilty smile to follow.
And then it’s dinner time and you need move do tubby before dinner.
So you have to throw together something quick and healthy and here it is:
Whole wheat pasta
Cucumbers and hummus
Shrimp
Filling, colorful enough and super simple!
