Chait introduced me to this amazing salad this weekend. I am obsessed!
So Simple, So Delicious
- 1 cucumber
- 3 or 4 peppers red and yellow
- 1 red onion
- 5 large tomatoes
- 1 tbsp. olive oil
- juice of 1 or 2 lemons
- tons of salt and pepper – as Chait says, “more than you think is enough”
- Dice everything into little small pieces.
- Right before serving, season with lemon juice, olive oil and salt and pepper
