I was tired today. I think the weekend finally caught up with me. I did manage to wake up for a new workout class this morning. The class was at 6:00am and it’s called Strike. It is a mix of kickboxing and contact with intervals – the tough part is you have to wear 1lb. weights on each hand for the entire hour! It was a great workout. Before the workout, I had 1/2 of a Fiber One bar.

After the workout, I stopped at Panera for a coffee with skim milk. When I got to school I warmed up my usual oatmeal. It hit the spot because I was super hungry!

For lunch, I brought greek yogurt with peaches and TJ’s Fiber Twigs.  I also brought this huge container of veggies with tomato basil sauce.
