Unfortunately we have not done much cooking this weekend.  We have been busy running around and have gone out with friends both Friday and Saturday.  That is not typical for us, usually we at least cook or have people over one of the nights. Anyways, we have a had a good time and here is a quick recap of the past two days:

Friday:  Bar Louie

Brady and I shared the ahi tuna bites and the hummus plate.  They were both great!  Light and healthy but still filling.  I think the food at Bar Louie is actually pretty tasty!  Around 11, on the way home, we did stop and get frostys from Wendys.  They hit the spot.

Saturday:

Breakfast around 8am before going to Total Conditioning class at 9:30am.

Lunch: Brady went to the farmers market while I was at the gym and came home with these 🙂

So we made grilled zuc and squash for our sandwiches
