The dessert I made when I got home from a so-so dinner was wonderful! Here is the recipe. It is semi-homemade, fast, easy and delicious!

Semi-Homemade Healthy Cookie Dough:

– 1 pouch store bought cookie dough mix (2.5 g. fat and 120 calories mix alone)

– 2 tbsp. ground flax

– 1/2 c. rolled oats

– 1/2 c. wheat bran

– 2 egg whites

– 3/4 c. unsweetened applesauce

Mix all ingredients together. Store in the refrigerator.

** I have not baked this dough yet, so I do not know what the cookies will be like. I love cookie dough though so I may just freeze small portions and use it for desserts.

To make the Yo- part of the dessert:

Mix 1/2 cup Fage 0% or any greek style non-fat yogurt with 1 large tbsp. cookie dough.

This makes a creamy, semi-homemade, protein-filled, filling cookie dough dessert!
