This recipe came together quickly and spur-of-the-moment right before dinner at my parents. We had just gone to get apples and I could not wait to use them!
Caramel Apple Salad
apples – sliced and diced fat free caramel syrup 1/2 c. fat free fage cinnamon
Chop the apples. Mix the cinnamon with fage and mix it into the apples. Drizzle with caramel syrup.

Lunch today was the same as yesterday: leftover quinoa, veggies and hummus, and Greek yogurt with All Bran. It filled me up, until my snack at 3pm – a Zone bar.
After school, I was tired but decided to go to the gym for another workout. I have been slacking lately and had time to do some weights this afternoon.

I think I have had a post with this title before…probably after a similar indulgent weekend. Anyways, I am back on track, again. I am sure this will happen again, but that’s ok, right?

This morning we woke up and watched the Olympics for a little to get motivated for our run. Around 10am, we headed out into the 68* sunshine. I was thinking we would just do 2-3 easy miles and then head back for breakfast. We started running and just didn’t think to turn around until we were a good 3 miles from home. It was fine because we felt great and it was soo nice out. I love when you go
