So far we are having a great time in San Francisco. Last night we went down to Fisherman’s Warf and Pier 39 to show Anna the sea lions. She a little more scared than excited by their loud, intimidating barks. We had a great seafood dinner and came home to crash.
Today the plan is to head to the Ferry Building to walk around the farmer’s market after we go on a run to explore Cal Berkley. Not sure what

We got to Kevin and Lindsey’s place yesterday afternoon and my mom, Anna and I began exploring. We walked up and down their town checking out stores, reading menus and picking up a few things for Anna. After the mission to buy her a couple toys (we found a great resale store) we headed to Trader Joe’s for dinner essentials.

Our good family friend Jill brought this shrimp to a potluck last year and I have been dying to try it. My mom made it for our family dinner the other night. I can’t wait to make it again!
Best Shrimp Marinade

Today was a busy started that started with teaching a 6am spinning class. That was followed by a quick shower, some oatmeal and a trip to library for story-time – only to find out that it was closed. Duh. Columbus Day.

I love group fitness! I have since I was in early high school and I would attend glasses at the club my family belonged to. I used to take step aerobics all the time. Times have changed and so have my workouts, but I still love group fitness for many reasons.
I am currently teaching 5 classes a week. 3 cycle classes and 1 Body Pump class and 1 Cardio Bootcamp class. They are all great for different reasons.
