We did it!
It was a hot and sunny day with tons of people and excitement!
We picked up Kara and Adam at 5:30 and headed downtown on the Rapid.
Met up with Erika before the race and headed on our way at 7am.
The course was a great run through many of Cleveland’s neatest neighborhoods. There were tons of people, water stations and fans!
Looking forward to next year already!

It’s no surprise that I am not a big yoga girl. I want to be, but I am just right now. I wish I was, but I am not. I like to try classes and should be doing it more than I am because I like it when I go but I always spend way more time jumping around, cycling or running.
When I got My Yoga Loop in the mail to review I was looking forward to it because

We cut out early (around 9pm) to go to Cindy and Tom’s and meet my brother who had just flown in from San Fran.

How’s your week before Christmas going? Ours started this morning with my interval class. Then to have lunch with Addie + Emmie before coming home to cook all afternoon. Soon it was time to head to class #2 – spinning. I dropped Anna off at Brady’s Grandmas while I went to teach and he picked her up. After a short stop at Trader Joe’s, I came home and showered. Then I put Anna to bed, while Brady went to his

On Saturday when we went to Luxe, a fun restaurant near the shoreway on the West Side. While there, I ordered a salad that I couldn’t stop thinking about. It’s not too often I meet a salad combo I haven’t tried so I was excited about this.
It had spinach, black quinoa, roasted beets, goat cheese and almonds. So tonight when I re-created it.
