I arrived in San Fran last night to meet up with Brady and stay at my brother Kevin and sis-in-law Lindsey’s place! Just after getting here we went for a great run then came back to make pizzas and drink wine.
Can’t go wrong with this combination. To top it off, while the pizzas were cooking, we had freshly grilled oysters. Kevin is officially the oyster master.
Linds had all of the things we needed for two fabulous pizzas.

I have been a bad mom this week and not taken many pictures of Anna or Addie. This will change tonight. I keep going back to look at my pictures of the day, and there are none of the girls.
Anyways, after teaching NoLimits Cardio this morning at 6am I am fading. I just made a cup of pumpkin spice coffee from Gevalia and it’s way better than I expected it to be! Some flavored coffees do not taste good,

I am finally getting over the pain that I feel when I walk down the stairs. Nothing else was really that sore, but for some reason my quads were super sore when I walked down the stairs all day yesterday. I guess not running for a week and then running 13 miles will do that do you. I am planning on posting the race recap very soon! Sorry for the wait.

This morning I didn’t do my usual routine which has been to wake up and run outside then eat breakfast. I had a few errands to run so I wanted to get those out of the way. Now I am regretting my decision to skip the run. I am going to have to squeeze it in later when it’s hot…Yuck!
