We are renting a big house with Brady’s extended family and hanging out for the weekend. We have been doing it for a few years and it is always a nice getaway. Saturday we have spa appointments and hanging out. Some people may ski or sled or hit up the pool. I won’t be in a bathing suit this year – something about starting the third trimester

This morning was great! We woke up at my parents and had coffee while chatting on the couch. Then we got ready for the day. I went to the basement and did the elliptical for a quick 28 minutes then jumped in the shower while my egg white casserole was overcooking in the oven (bummer!).

This morning, after a good night’s sleep, I turned the oven to 375 and threw in the breakfast strata I made yesterday in preparation for our company. It was so easy! I love when you can pre-make something so it is ready with no work when you need it.

Brunch with the fam is always a treat! There is always tons of delicious food and of course great company. This particular brunch was held at my cousin Cindy and her husband Tom’s house. They live right up the street from my parents.
