Summer Grilled Flank Steak:
1/2 c. soy sauce 1/2 c. brown sugar 1/4 c. EVOO 1/4 c. lime juice salt and pepper 3 garlic cubes from TJ’s 1 TBSP minced garlic
1.5 lbs. of flank steak
Marinate the steak overnight in the mixture above.
Then grill each side for 5-7 minutes.
Serve!

Another weekend is gone and so much closer to July…it is hard to believe! It’s also hard to believe that Anna is two months today!

After two snow days and a 2 hour delay (today), I am headed back to school in a minute. I love that it is already Thursday! Too bad every week can be like this!
I got a lot done over the past two days -

My parents were in town for the weekend so we had Brady’s parents over for dinner! We spent day shopping and running around so there was little thought given to dinner until soon before we wanted to eat. With so many cooks in the kitchen, we had some timing trouble. At one point….
