5 ingredients + 5 minutes = Lunch

Here is a simple idea for lunch. It take less than 5 minutes and it’s nutritious and delicious!

1/2 bag of broccoli slaw (from any grocery store)

+

squirt of soy sauce ( 1-2 T maybe?)

+

squirt of rice vinegar (1-2 T too?! )

+

small handful of peanuts

+

small spray of pam

Just spray your pan and toss the broccoli slaw in with the liquids in with the peanuts. Stir fry for a few minutes

15 Minute Meal

Here is a super easy meal that you can make with only a few ingredients and a little time.

Super Simple Soy Salmon

1 or 2 pieces of fresh salmon 3 tbsp. soy sauce big drizzle of maple syrup Simply marinate the salmon in the soy sauce and maple syrup Broil the salmon for about 12 minutes. The sauce will get black but not burn and the fish will stay really moist and flavorful.

Coconut Infused Brown Fried Rice
