A huge thank you to Greens Plus for the Chia seeds! They are awesome! They came with this shaker cup, too!
The first way I used them was in my morning green monster smoothie!
This smoothie included:
1/2 scoop Chia seeds banana (frozen) mango (frozen) kiwi (frozen) 1 c. light soy milk 1 scoop light vanilla whey protein 1 big handful of spinach
It turned out way more fluffly than usual because of Chia seeds which

Lately, I have been a green monster machine. Each morning on the way to teach summer school, I make a smoothie filled with kale from my garden!
I am so excited that my garden has been growing so well! You can see the kale from the picture below and you can also see the tip of my first cucumber from the garden. I have a few other veggies now and I will do a recap on those soon!

Yesterday was another busy day. Especially for being summer. I have come to the conclusion that if I don’t have a busy day, I make one for myself.
In the middle of the day I decided to try the Amazing Meal packet that Amazing Grass sent me.
It was another hit!
To make this delicious bowl of healthiness I mixed the following:

It was a beautiful wedding and we had a great time!
