Summer Grilled Flank Steak:
1/2 c. soy sauce
1/2 c. brown sugar
1/4 c. EVOO
1/4 c. lime juice
salt and pepper
3 garlic cubes from TJ’s
1 TBSP minced garlic
1.5 lbs. of flank steak

1. 5 c. cooked wheat berries
1 can white beans – drained and rinsed
1 can chickpeas – drained and rinsed

1 (15-20oz.) box of Raisin
1/4 cup melted margarine (Cool before mixing with eggs.)

3 egg whites
1 qt. low fat buttermilk
2 1/2 c. whole wheat flour
