Pros Clean – no water on dishtowels and books Easy – one push of the press and it locks Fast – you can press a block of tofu Works well – it presses the tofu into a firm block. Cons it’s another thing to store in your kitchen All you do is place the tofu in the press 
I received a package of goodies from Kaia Foods a while ago and forgot that I had not tried their chocolate granola. When I opened the package the other night, I was expecting much but wow was I surprised! I LOVE IT! It’s crunchy, chocolatey, raisiny, sweet but not too sweet and delicious! I am really impressed! I will definitely be purchasing another bag of this when I get through it. It went perfectly on my banana soft serve last
