Ch-Ch-Ch-Chia Monster

A huge thank you to Greens Plus for the Chia seeds! They are awesome! They came with this shaker cup, too!

The first way I used them was in my morning green monster smoothie!

This smoothie included:

1/2 scoop Chia seeds banana (frozen) mango (frozen) kiwi (frozen) 1 c. light soy milk 1 scoop light vanilla whey protein 1 big handful of spinach

Going Green Again

After such a fun weekend of wine, snacks and relaxing it was time to get myself back together this morning. After a good run with Katie, I made a green monster packed full of good things:

Green Machine

Lately, I have been a green monster machine. Each morning on the way to teach summer school, I make a smoothie filled with kale from my garden!

I am so excited that my garden has been growing so well! You can see the kale from the picture below and you can also see the tip of my first cucumber from the garden. I have a few other veggies now and I will do a recap on those soon!

Wedding Recap/Recovery

  

    

It was a beautiful wedding and we had a great time!

This morning, we woke up craving smoothies!

This was the star of the show!

I love this Amazing Grass product! It is full of nutrients and vitamins and it goes great in a green monster!

Green Monster Mornings

The past few days have started with a green monster for me! I am in summer mode (with 2.5 days of school left) and a smoothie is the perfect summer breakfast.
