Green Beans with Almond Oil

Our final 2009 dinner included a fun new ingredient:  Almond Oil!  I used it to make these delicious green beans:

Green Beans with Almonds

1 bag of frozen fresh green beans from Trader Joe’s 1 tbsp. almond oil 1/3 c. almonds Place dry almonds in a frying pan and let them cook until golden brown and toasted. Add frozen beans and almond oil. Sautee until beans are hot and tender. Season with salt and pepper. Serve and Enjoy!

Back on Track

Comfort Needed

Monday is done, and it was a rainy dreary one in Columbus. The rain meant indoor recess and no outdoor run that I was planning. When I left school I ran to the grocery store to stock for the week. Fall + Friends + Recipes
