For dinner last night I roasted some of Trader Joe’s frozen green beans. They were really easy, healthy and it tasted amazing! I actually thought about making them again for dinner tonight, but my mom spoiled me with making me tilapia to eat when I picked up Anna after teaching spinning.
Roasted Sesame Green Beans
1 bag of frozen green beans (thin) 1 T. teryaki 2 T. soy sauce 1 tsp. sesame oil 1 T. sesame seeds cooking spray

Tyler made this fresh veggie side dish (idea from Everyday Food mag) when we were at Brady’s parents the other night for dinner. It was really good and had tons of flavor!

This is such a simple recipe and it is perfect for having company! You can cook the green beans ahead of time and keep them in the fridge. When you are almost ready to serve them, take them out of the fridge and dress them and toss with almonds! So healthy, fresh and they add a lot of color to your table!

Yay for President’s day off! Brady and I had a great day off today. We started the morning with breakfast before heading to a pediatrician interview. We met with a great doctor and left with a good feeling about him. This was the second pediatrician interview we have done in the past week.
