This morning, we woke up and spotted the panini maker sitting on the counter from last. We immediately wanted another panini, so that’s what we made for breakfast!
Hers:
egg whites slice of smoked turkey feta spinach tomato sprouted wheat bread
His:
eggs smoked turkey tomato spinach Colby-Jack cheese

This dinner was so delicous! I’m not sure if it was because I was really hungry from a long day at school and then a tough workout or if it really was as good as I thought.
I got the idea from my new Oxygen magazine. It’s a very clean meal with tons of protein and whole grain carbs, plus it’s packed with veggies and fiber!!

I woke up this morning and did a quick 30 minute weight circuit at home. It zapped 200 calories and felt great! Brady and I are planning on going to the gym later this afternoon for some cardio.
After my mini workout, I didn’t know what I wanted. Brady made himself 2 eggs with mini whole wheat pitas and some fresh tomato. It looked great to me, but I wanted something sweet. I decided on pancakes! Here is what I

This morning I woke up at 5:45am and went to the gym. I couldn’t get Brady to come today, he has volleyball after work so that was his excuse.
AM Workout
35 min. on the elliptical
4 miles
Alternating every 3 min. between level 3 resistance and level 9
I got home and showered before popping some pre-made egg whites, soy sausage and grilled onions in the microwave for a quick breakfast. I also toasted 1 piece of sprouted wheat

I think I have had a post with this title before…probably after a similar indulgent weekend. Anyways, I am back on track, again. I am sure this will happen again, but that’s ok, right?
