For Morgan’s Birthday Party on Saturday I took black bean dip.
It was super easy to make and tasted fresh and filling.
If you need a new dip for your Mexican dinner party or just for fun, try it!
Black Bean Dip

If you need a quick, tasty appetizer for a play date or a cookout, make this dip! It’s easily one of my favorites! My aunt Marilyn made it for her book club and since it was such a hit, I had to try it! It seems like something you would find in Vegetarian Magazine!

Here is the dip recipe from our family dinner the other night!
1 block 1/3 less fat cream cheese 1 8oz. container of sour cream 1 green pepper – diced 1 red pepper – diced 1/2 c. chopped walnuts 3/4 large packet or 1 smaller packet of dried beef, diced Let cream cheese get to room temperature and mix with sour cream. Katie’s recipe for the delicious fruit dip is super easy and fat free!
Marshmallow Fluff Fruit Dip: 1- 8 oz container of Light or Fat Free Strawberry Cream Cheese 1- 7 oz jar marshmallow creme (marshmallow topping) 1 cup Cool Whip – fat free 2 tablespoons of orange juice
Preparation:
Using electric beaters, mix the Cream Cheese, Marshmallow Topping and Orange Julice until well blended. Then, using a rubber spatula or a large spoon, fold in the Cool Whip.
