Katie's Famous Pineapple Pouff

This was the healthy dessert that Katie brought over for dinner earlier this week. It was delicious! I can’t wait to make it again!

1 block 1/3 less fat cream cheese 1 tub of fat free cool whip 1 box of sugar-free vanilla pudding 1 can of crushed pineapple – not drained 1 can of pineapple chunks – drained

Mix together and keep cold until serving time!

Bringing them back!

Last weekend we went to a party on Friday night and then to the lake on Saturday morning. I wanted to bring something that was easy to make, would keep well in a tupperware, was not full of butter and oil, would fit my cousin’s GF needs and tasted delicious!

Baby Jasper is on the way!

Yesterday I had a baby shower for my neighbor Tracie who is expecting in June. She is having a baby boy, Jasper William! Our neighborhood is really close and often throws parties and showers for one another, so it is my kind of place! A few of my neighbors brought food so it wasn’t too much cooking!

Book Club for Baby Addison!

Tonight’s book club was not so much about our past book, The American Wife, and more about celebrating Jody’s baby (who will be here in May!!). We had of the party essentials, including favors, cupcakes and a healthy dinner.

Tons of Treats

Last night we had our neighborhood holiday party! It was a great time! We started off with cold appetizers at one house, then moved to hot appetizers at another. After that the party moved to our house for dessert!!

We had a huge amount of delicious desserts!  I set up some things before the party started and people who were helping us brought stuff over.
