Tonight’s book club was not so much about our past book, The American Wife, and more about celebrating Jody’s baby (who will be here in May!!). We had of the party essentials, including favors, cupcakes and a healthy dinner.

Last night for Brady’s birthday we had people over! A few people came for dinner but most just came to celebrate after dinner! We had a great time playing WII and Partini while managing to consume a LOT of beer and wine!

Today we went to Wittenberg, our alma mater, to see Brady’s sister Janelle. She is a freshman at Witt and just rushed my sorority. Last night was bid night (the last night if rush and the celebration night!). Since we have been craving our favorite college sub shop a lot lately, we thought it would be the perfect time to go take Janelle for lunch (aka get subs for us) and hear about her night! Today went pretty fast for being a Monday and a Thursday at school. It is soooo nice that tomorrow is the last day of the week! Thank goodness! I am ready for a break.
I worked out this morning so I wouldn’t have to bother with it this afternoon, which is always a good idea in my opinion. When I got home, I made a quick batch of pumpkin cupcakes. They are soo good! I had to try one!
