This week I have been on a new oatmeal kick! I regularly buy frozen mango chunks from Trader Joes’s and I use them in smoothies (or eat them while driving home from the store). This week I was in the mood for mango oatmeal.
I made a batch of banana oatmeal and added some semi-thawed mango chunks. Then I tossed on some ground flax and unsweetened coconut.
It was amazing!
