Rewind to Saturday morning. It was pretty typical, except for a few changes.
We worked out. But instead of running, Brady let me hold bootcamp for the two of us. We started with a 12 minute run around a few blocks then did some weights and bootcampish exercises in the garage until Anna got bored watching us (about 20 minutes) and finished with another 12 minute run. It was a great workout that left us both sore on Sunday and
