Tonight’s book club was not so much about our past book, The American Wife, and more about celebrating Jody’s baby (who will be here in May!!). We had of the party essentials, including favors, cupcakes and a healthy dinner.

This meal makes the top ten list for sure! It was a mix of everything in the cupboard but it came out great! I would gladly make it to share with company or for a quick weeknight meal!
Here is what went into it:

I skipped the chicken this time because it was just me. I will make this again for Brady and add chicken because it was a great filling meal!
Rosemary Tuscon Veggies
2 c. chopped mushrooms 2 c. chopped onions garlic powder fresh garlic 1

Our menu said grilled chicken salads but this turned into way more than just your typical grilled chicken salad. After school, tutoring and a meeting with parent, I got home around 6pm. Brady was visiting his brother so I ran to the gym and pounded our 40 min. on the stairs while working to finish my book club book, Chasing Harry Winston. Our book club is next week, so if you have good suggestions for books we
