For Christmas this year, I got Brady (actually I got it for both of us) a dehydrator! He wanted one to make beef jerky and I wanted one to make dried fruit and other treats like Gina!
To start, we made dried apples, oranges, kiwis, and bananas. Brady also tried putting in some fillet, but we cooked it too long! Then we made fruit roll up with 1 bag of berry medley from TJ’s. Here is the overview…

These cookies are wonderful. If you are like me, you eat a whole bowl of dough before baking a single cookie. These cookies are great because you can dig into the dough or the cookies and not feel bad about it! I was googleing healthy cookie recipes and was seeing a lot of the same thing…whole wheat and applesauce but I wanted something different. Those are both great ingredients but sort of same old.
