Yesterday I made a treat I have been wanting to make for a while. I brought them in to school to see what everyone thought.
Peanut Butter and Jelly Bars
1 stick of light butter (melted) – next time I will try canola oil 1/2 c. egg whites 1 c. natural creamy PB 1/2 c. brown sugar 1/2 c. white sugar 1/2 c. honey 1 tbsp. vanilla 1 c. crushed peanuts (I used dry roasted) use 1/2 in dough and

For Christmas this year I debated many gifts to give. If I had all the time in the world, I would have made hot cocoa, marshmallows, truffles, bark, cookies, bars, jams, and granola (that is all I could think of at this second!) for all of my friends and family. I LOVE to make food gifts and wrap them to give. I have seen some amazing gifts in blog world! I will post link of all of my favorites!
