This morning we got up and I went to Spinning class. I was home by 9:45 and starving. While I showered, Brady made us breakfast. He made my egg whites with mushrooms, spinach and salsa.
His eggs were made with BW3 Carribean Jerk sauce.

Saturday morning we woke up and I worked out on my parents elliptical. I did a quick 30 minutes to get my body moving. Today we came home from Chautauqua and went straight to Bravo, a fun Italian restaurant, for a lunch with a few of my friends from growing up and their moms. My girlfriend Jackie who lives in Spain, and has for the past 4 years, planned the lunch for Kara and I. Kara is getting married this summer and Jackie won’t be back for either of our showers.

These adorable cupcakes are super simple to make!
Bake cupcakes as directed. Let the cupcake cool and frost them in the colors of your choice. Stick gum drops with sucker sticks and tie a bow on the top! With a sharp knife, cut a little slit in the cupcake wrapper and insert the sucker stick! Enjoy!

Packed lunches, that is!! We are in the final stretch of the year – tomorrow + 4 days next week + 1.5 days the following week and it’s SUMMER VACATION!!
