For a party we went to this weekend we brought this simple and fresh appetizer. It was easy to make and tasted great on a hot day because it was light and cool!
This recipe was modeled after one my father-in-law makes often: Cucumber Sandwiches.
Roasted Red Pepper Cucumber Bites

Last night we went to our first Hanukkah party! Our friend, Chait (her name is actually Sarah) did a beautiful job hostessing!

Thanks to Nasoya for sending me some coupons for some of their great products. I used the wonton wrappers to make some fun appetizers for the party on Saturday night. I am excited to use the Egg Roll wrappers for baked egg rolls on Thurs.

If you are looking for something super easy, quick and low fat for a tailgate appetizer this fall, I have an idea for you!
