This morning we got up and I went to Spinning class. I was home by 9:45 and starving. While I showered, Brady made us breakfast. He made my egg whites with mushrooms, spinach and salsa.
His eggs were made with BW3 Carribean Jerk sauce.

So…have I mentioned that I am obsessed with Northstar. I think I have gotten my parents hooked too. After the shower Saturday we came home and put everything away and looked at it all! Last night was a fun night of pizza and beers for some and hanging out with friends! We got home around midnight and went to bed. Valentine’s breakfast was delicious!
We had yogurt and homemade granola:

My egg whites with reduced fat feta and tomatoes:
