Have you heard of the game Spot It? It’s a new game where you flip over two cards and see who can find the two matching objects on the cards. It’s a blast.
One of the rules of the game is you have to wear red lady bug boots and pants with stars on them. It’s just a thing you gotta do.

1. What is your idea of a perfect meal?
I love lots of different textures, tastes, and colors in whatever meal I’m having. I like to build the perfect bite, so if for example I was opting for Mexican (one of my faves!), I’d have some black beans on a corn tortilla, and nondairy sour cream and guacamole, topped off by some colorful salsa… all on the same fork! I was recently sent this book to review and was very impressed with it. The book starts off with explaining 5 easy steps for eating healthy, all of which I agree with.
Choose whole foods. Eat mostly vegetable and fruit based foods Opt for healthy fats and proteins Select superfoods Eat more whole grains
The book then goes through explanations of things like: organic foods, low-fat and all natural products.
