Equipment needed: dumbbells (light and heavy are best but a med. set is ok), step (used as a bench), mat and jumprope (you could do motions without rope if needed)
Directions: Go through each circuit and take a 60 sec. break to jog in place or around the room then grab water and get on to the next circuit. No rest between sets in the circuit.

Then I teach a 6pm spinning class. During nap time I do dinner for people, laundry, and whatever else the day has brought. Then I get home around 7:30 pm and I am ready to crash but wired at the same time.

We did this short but intense workout on Saturday. It took us a little under 12 minutes and brought us both to fatigue. It was fun to see what was easier for me and for him.
