20 Time: Quick Workout.

Tuesdays are always so busy. I teaching a morning total conditioning class then come home in time to feed Anna lunch and get her down for a nap. Then I teach a 6pm spinning class. During nap time I do dinner for people, laundry, and whatever else the day has brought. Then I get home around 7:30 pm and I am ready to crash but wired at the same time.

At Home Workout: Quick to Fatigue

This weekend Brady and I were looking into checking out a Crossfit gym to try out and we decided to start trying some of the Crossfit style workouts at home.

We did this short but intense workout on Saturday. It took us a little under 12 minutes and brought us both to fatigue. It was fun to see what was easier for me and for him.

No Limits Cardio Workout
