Brady’s birthday was a success. He got to eat breakfast with Anna, my mom brought him Chipotle for lunch, his dinner was a giant slab of ribs and then he played poker with the guys.
It took a while for Anna to understand and succumb to the fact that it was not her birthday, and therefore cake was not going to be her only food of the day. This was probably my fault because we did make Brady his birthday

Oh hello big, green, fresh bunch of cilantro!! Why don’t you come jump into our brown rice?
Who doesn’t love the rice at Chipotle? It adds to so much to a burrito or a mexican salad.
So why not make it for you family? For your friends? For your neighbors? For your clients? For strangers?

Happy First Real Day of the new year! Today seemed like a “real day” because Brady got up early and went to work . Good morning! It’s STILL raining here in beautiful central Ohio. Anna is napping and I am running around doing laundry, making dinner and getting ready for the day. We are planning on heading to the gym when she wakes up, but I thought I would post dinner, since it’s done. We are having our friends Levi and Alexis over for dinner tonight so hopefully they like it!
