Butterfly Footprint Craft for Kids

For Brady’s parents birthdays this week Anna wanted to make them a present. She debated on what to make them but decided on a painting using her feet and some finger paint.

Both Brady and I were skeptical of the idea, but once I saw it on Pinterest, I knew Anna’s plan would work.

So last Sunday night, we coated her little piggies with colorful paint while she proudly sat on the counter. Brady held her in place while I

This and That

Our weekend was a big mix of this and that. We had drinks with our neighbors one night, we did dinner with my parents + aunt and uncle another night, Brady played paddle (platform tennis) a few times.

There was some Target shopping.

And some foot painting. (more to come on that)

We did a little painting and refurnishing this table.

Thank goodness we have friends and family close or we would be racking up the hotel points. Come to think of it, I think Brady broke our furnace on purpose because he missed living with my parents.

Spring Break Shape Up: Step it Up

Often times at the gym we tend to head over to our favorite machine and do “the usual”. This week, challenge yourself to try a new machine. Have you been on the step mill or stair master lately. It may feel like a blast from the past but it’s a great way to change things and get your butt in gear! Try a hard 20 minute workout climbing stairs followed by another 20 minutes of jogging or ellipticalling.
