This appetizer came together with things I had in the cupboard and fridge and may be on the top of my favorite appetizer list.
It’s easy.
It’s simple to make.
It can be made ahead.
It doesn’t need to be served warm.
It’s moderately healthy.
It’s packed with flavor.
It has all of the qualities of a great appetizer.
And it can be served in mini phyllo cups for added crunch and easy eating.

It’s hard to believe that Christmas is right around the corner. I don’t want it to come because I don’t want it to be over. It’s so much fun to prepare, shop for gifts, wrap and get excited to see family and friends!

Then I make dinner and do things around the house while she sleeps. When she wakes up, we play and then I am off to a 6pm class. By the time I get home, it’s bed time. So this is my nap/get things done time and I need to clean like crazy before Thanksgiving

We got a lot of snow last night! If today was a school day, we would have had snow day. What a waste! I came home from school and I crashed on the couch for about an hour in preparation our late night. When Brady got home, we had a quick dinner – veggie sandwich for me and leftover orzo for him. Then we headed to our friend Clint’s for a wine party.
We brought the supplies were told

This picture does not do this justice at all. Make this dip next time you have people over and you will not be disappointed!
