Supplements

There are a few things I am taking to help breastfeeding continue to go well for m.  They are as follows:

  • vitamin C – to increase my immunity
  • prenatal vitamins + DHA
  • acidophilus – probiotics, good bacteria
  • soy lecithin – to help to keep milk running smoothly
  • calcium – because I don’t get enough through dairy
