12 Days of Christmas Workout

Here is a quick workout like the one I used in my class today!  

Start with 1 burpee,  then do 1 burpee and 2 push ups, then 1 burpee, 2 push ups, 3 jumping jacks.  

It’s great when you need a quick workout that requires no equipment!
