For my first experience using the OptiGrill, I made lots of fresh grilled veggies. I thinly sliced eggplant and zucchini and laid it on the OptiGrill. After hitting the manuel button, I waited until the veggies were perfectly cooked.
The OptiGrill created delicious grilled veggies that were evenly cooked, but not burned.
I have made fish, chicken and meat on the OptiGrill, all with great results! As the weather gets even colder, this will new indoor grill will get even more use!
*I was sent the T-fal OptiGrill to review but all opinions are my own.
