As grilling weather starts to slow down, it’s great to have an indoor grilling option.  The T-fal OptoGrill is a new indoor grill that has been made to cook meats to your desired doneness with it’s new technonolgy.

For my first experience using the OptiGrill, I made lots of fresh grilled veggies.  I thinly sliced eggplant and zucchini and laid it on the OptiGrill.  After hitting the manuel button, I waited until the veggies were perfectly cooked.

The OptiGrill created delicious grilled veggies that were evenly cooked, but not burned.

I have made fish, chicken and meat on the OptiGrill, all with great results!  As the weather gets even colder, this will new indoor grill will get even more use!
